In order to establish a healthy and growing church, we have developed a strategic process to help Christ followers incorporate the strategic purposes into their lives. The strategic process provides for a simple, effective strategy and the necessary tools to bring the strategic purposes in balance into the life of every Christ follower.

The following is Central's current strategic process:

• Plug In...to God and others at weekend services.
• Charge Up...to become like Christ in small group gatherings and First Wednesdays.
• Live Out...your faith by serving at Central and in our community.
• Pass On...to others your faith in Jesus.
