What Are Crown Small Group Studies?
Crown is a 10-week Small Group study in which you will learn about God’s perspective on finances. The group is an interactive environment where you will take an in-depth look at what the Bible teaches about work, saving, debt, giving, investing and training children. In addition, you will be able to apply what you learn through practical exercises such as completing a debt repayment schedule and starting a budget. The groups meet in homes for two hours each week, and there is approximately two hours of preparation each week between meetings.

Who is Crown for?
The Crown study is for anyone who wants to learn biblical principles of stewardship while also building friendships in a small group setting. Groups formed at the Crown Information Meeting are for people who are not already connected in an existing Small Group. If you are already in a Small Group, please see below.

How do I sign up?
Crown groups start three times a year in January, June, and September. Keep an eye on the CB Weekly for upcoming classes.

How can my existing Small Group do the study?
One of your group members must attend the Crown New Leader Training. If you are interested in becoming a leader, please see below.

Do you want to be a Leader?
If you have already been through Crown or if you would like to lead an existing small group through Crown, we invite you to go through the New Leader Training program. The training is held quarterly before the groups begin, and will teach you how to lead a group. To register for the Leader Training, please send an email to stewardship@centralchristian.com.

What materials will I need?
The Crown materials include three books: Your Money Counts, the Crown Student Manual, and the Practical Application Workbook. The set is available for purchase at the Crown Information Meeting at a cost of $45 for an individual or $55 for a couple (includes and additional Crown Student Manual).
