We need people with ideas that will help make an event something
really special. Varied times for special occasions.
- Prep for Starting Point
Prepare items for the set up team. 9:00 am,
Thursday prior to Starting Point Week 1
- Prep for Starting Point – Room decor
Place trees and plants around
the room and hang banners starting at 1:00 pm the Thursday prior to Starting
Point Week 1.
- Prep for Starting Point – Flowers
Purchase flowers the Saturday morning
prior to Starting Point Week 1.
- Prep for Starting Point – Set up team
Set up preparation room with
booklets and tableware for each session (laundry cart, buckets for extra
supplies, baskets for courtyard, etc.). Saturday morning prior to Starting
Point Week 1
- Prep for Starting Point – Balloons
Blow up helium balloons at 5:45
pm, Saturday prior to Starting Point Week 1.
- Prep for Starting Point – Tear down team
Reset room with booklets,
pens, cups, plates, etc. 7:45 pm, Saturday, after Starting Point Week 1
- Starting Point Week 1
Serve coffee at 8:45 am, Sunday.
- Starting Point – Tear down team
Reset room with booklets, pens, cups,
plates, etc. at 10:15 am on Sunday.
- Starting Point – Tear down team
- Special Occasions - Set up
Tables and chairs for special occasions.
- Special Occasions - Set up
Check the lighting, test the AV system,
and make sure everything is ready to go for special occasions.
- Special occasions - Tear down
Tables knocked down and chairs stacked
after special occasions.
- Audio Visual Technician
Assist in set up, operation, and tear down
of audio-visual equipment. Times vary, for Starting Point or other events
- Laundry
We want to keep all of our linens fresh. Inventory these
items: some go to the cleaners and some need to be washed and ironed. Times
vary, as needed.
