A leader’s role in Junior High and Resonate is two-fold:

Love and connect with the students
Our goal as leaders is to be a voice in students’ lives. Before Jesus challenged people, He loved and valued them. Our desire is to “earn the right to be heard” through relationships. We work as a team to create an environment where students know others and are known.

Small Group leaders
We are constantly looking for adult leaders to help our Small Groups. Small Groups revolve around friendship, discussion, and connection. The goal of a leader in Small Groups is to foster community, spiritual growth, and to point students to Christ and a relationship with Him. You don’t need all the answers. Students respond to authenticity and honesty. As Jesus shapes your life, you can give that to the students.
